Policies

When you purchase any item from my shop, you agree to my shop policies stated below.

Returns:  if for any reason you need to return the item, please contact us and provide a reason for the return and we can work something out. If your item is eligible for a return, Item must be returned within 7 days of contacting me. Once item is received, in good condition, We will refund your order.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss and find a possible solution. We am always happy to try and work something out so we are both happy.

For damaged packages, please contact me immediately and provide pictures within 2 days of receipt. Then we can work out a solution. In most cases I can provide a replacement item.

Custom Orders made out specifically for you, are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Clothing, canvas prints and phone cases are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refund. All Sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items that are lost in the mail. Tracking numbers are provided at no extra cost to all shipments. If your item is lost or has not arrived, please contact me I’ll gladly help you track your package.  Please note orders outside the USA always take longer.

We will not return any items that have been used, abused or damaged.

For any cancellation, please contact me within 24 hours of you purchasing the order. If you contact me after that, I cannot cancel your order.
